"I’ve been a State Farm client for auto insurance for about 3 years but the agency was far from my home and I never personally met with the agent. Yesterday I changed agencies and met with Josue Rivera and I was really pleased I changed agencies. His knowledge of ways to improve my policy and how to better take advantage of State Farm programs confirmed that I made a good decision to change agencies. In my career I’ve hired and trained many insurance agents and the mark of a professional to me is when they come across as someone that really listens, and cares about the client. "The absolute worst company. They quoted me a price for a new car we had purchased and then 2 months later when they charged us an extra $100 they told us that they had given us the wrong quote amount and refused to refund us or honor their mistake of a quote."

Please I understand that my agency Did Not quote this auto or gave you miss information. You contacted State Farm customer service after office hours for this transaction. Per your request , my staff have been working on this since 1/07/26 to explain your billing in details and offer you assistance, but the interaction today became very difficult due to the aggressive and disrespectful language you used toward my employees. We are committed to treating all customers with respect, and we ask for the same in return. If you would like to discuss your account further in a calm and constructive manner, we are more than willing to help. "
